A seasoned investment banking professional with a wealth of experience in equity services. He earned his MBA from the prestigious University of Massachusetts (UMASS), USA, and has since accumulated over 11 years of hands-on experience in investment banking.
Throughout his career, he has worked on transactions worth more than USD 500 million in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, distribution, agriculture, health-tech, service-tech, fintech, gaming, and SaaS. As the leader of our Equity Services team, he oversees all verticals and is dedicated to providing clients with exceptional service and advice.
Our founder has advised and worked with a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations, seed-stage startups to unicorns, both in India and the USA. He has assisted venture capital funds in raising capital, structuring strategies, and building teams, and has established strong relationships with domestic and global investors.
He has had the privilege of delivering lectures at Harvard University and Boston College.

He is a CS by education. In his overall stint of 15 & above years, he has worked on more than a dozen of IPOs and Debt Syndication deals. Responsible for services in Debt and Structured products.
Ajay Tola

He is a CA by education. Ajay has expertise in dealing with BIFR and settling Non Performing Asset (NPA) transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience in which he assisted more than 50 companies in BIFR/ NPA/ Restructuring related transactions.
